Return & Refund Policy
Warranty
All items purchased from Denakan Technologies are covered with warranty. Our standard warranty period for all items is 7 daysf items within this period. However, return (and/or) refund only accepted if subjected to factory defects only. Defects caused by user’s mishandling are not covered under our product warranty.
Note: Buyers are highly advised to test the items purchased with us upon received.
Refund
In case of factory defect for low-cost products, courier mishandling, and incomplete items, buyers can issue a refund only and there is no need to make any return of the affected items. Denakan Technologies will inspect the case and shall reimburse the refund amount to the buyer’s bank account directly (within 3 working days). Denakan Technologies reserved the rights to make any decision such as either to approved or reject the cases without prior notice.
Return & Refund
In case of high valued items factory defect, courier mishandling, and any related cases, buyers need to issue a return & refund and are required to (first) return the items back to us upon request approval. Buyers are fully responsible for the return costs. We will make inspection on the returned items to confirm the cause of defects and shall reimburse the refund amount to the buyer’s bank account directly (within 3 working days). Denakan Technologies reserved the rights to make any decision such as either to approved or reject the cases without prior notice.
