We do welcomed self-pickup method at our local store for nearby customer. Don’t forget to select “Self-pickup” delivery method before checkout. Self-pickup can only be made after we arrange appointment time to allow us to prepare your order (approximately within 1-2 Hours after order made before 3PM or the next business day for order made after 3PM). Steps for self-pickup:

1. Order via our website (www.denakan.com), choose “Self-pickup” for delivery method.

2. Checkout and make payment (Online Banking / Direct Transfer).

3. Notify us via WhatsApp at +601126518419. Please provide order ID and prove-of-payment.

4. We pack your order.

5. We arrange appointment time.

6. Come to self-pickup on arranged time 🙂

 

 

 

Shipping fees may varies based on the order weight, courier rate, and delivery address. Fret not, our checkout system will automatically calculate the fees and display it with the respective courier so that you can choose your most preferred one. Our shipping fees start as low as RM5.90.
